Raidsant announced today that its technical team has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a 2-ton-per-hour asphalt pelletizing production line in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project, which was carried out for a local client in the Indonesian petrochemical sector, was completed in just ten days—from initial installation to final commissioning.

Two senior technicians from Raidsant on site and worked intensively to ensure the seamless setup of the entire steel-belt condensing pelletizing system. The production line, designed with a capacity of 2 tons per hour, is engineered to process molten asphalt into uniform, high-quality pellets through advanced cooling and condensation technology.

The 10-day timeline encompassed the full scope of mechanical installation, electrical system integration, pipeline connection, and comprehensive commissioning. The technicians conducted rigorous testing to verify the system's stability, throughput capacity, and product quality consistency. All performance indicators met or exceeded the client's specifications, and the line is now ready for full-scale production.
