Engineered for excellence and tailored to meet the rigorous demands of US industrial manufacturing standards.
Steel belt pastillator technology originated in Europe during the 1980s and entered the Chinese market in the late 1990s. Initially, due to its high cost, only a handful of large enterprises purchased and utilised it. To break the monopoly of foreign equipment, we commenced independent research and development of steel belt condensation pastillator as early as 2000.
For more than two decades, our engineering team has been at the forefront of thermal processing innovation. By mastering the metallurgy, structural design, and precision tracking mechanisms required for high-performance steel belts, we have successfully challenged traditional market limitations. Today, we stand as a premier global supplier, delivering cost-effective, durable, and highly reliable steel belt cooling systems that cater directly to the demanding specifications of the United States industrial sector.
The United States represents one of the most advanced and demanding markets for premium stainless steel belts. Across industrial hubs in the Gulf Coast, the Midwest, and the Eastern Seaboard, industries rely heavily on continuous processing systems. Stainless steel belts are critical components in chemical solidification, food processing, automotive testing, and aerospace material curing.
In the US Gulf Coast region (Texas and Louisiana), petrochemical refineries process massive volumes of sulfur and bitumen. Traditional methods of handling these materials present environmental and safety challenges. Our advanced sulfur pastillating systems convert molten sulfur into uniform, dust-free pastilles, complying with EPA regulations and facilitating safe transport. Similarly, the Midwest agricultural belt demands highly efficient ammonium nitrate pelletizers for fertilizer production to support large-scale farming operations.
In the Northeast and West Coast regions, the focus shifts toward fine chemicals, cosmetics, and specialty polymers. Here, precision-engineered steel belts are utilized to process depilatory waxes, spin finish agents, and high-purity phenolic resins. The requirements in these sectors emphasize hygiene, precise thermal control, and zero contamination, making premium grade stainless steel (such as SUS316L) the material of choice.
Combining decades of R&D with top-grade materials to deliver unmatched performance in demanding environments.
Utilizing premium-grade austenitic and martensitic stainless steel, engineered to withstand extreme thermal fluctuations and corrosive chemical environments.
Equipped with advanced auto-tracking and tensioning mechanisms to prevent belt deviation, ensuring smooth and continuous 24/7 operations.
Designed and built to satisfy strict international standards. We provide comprehensive documentation, engineering support, and rapid spare parts delivery.
Steel belt pastillators are primarily applied across multiple sectors including petrochemicals, daily chemical products, fine chemicals, and agricultural fertilizers.
Over two decades, we have served hundreds of clients ranging from multinational corporations to small start-ups, offering multifaceted advice based on extensive experience. Through user engagement, we have continuously refined designs, rapidly iterated products, and developed numerous peripheral auxiliary devices.
This deep industrial experience enables us to customize our cooling systems for highly specialized materials. For instance, handling high-viscosity resins requires specialized feed systems and precise temperature zoning to ensure the pastilles release cleanly from the steel belt. Conversely, low-viscosity waxes require rapid initial cooling to prevent spreading. Our engineering team designs custom feed nozzles, cooling water spraying configurations, and discharge systems tailored to the specific physical properties of each product.
Since establishing our dynamic laboratory in 2010, our company has provided pre-sales testing services to every client, offering crucial validation for their process flows and parameters.
Concurrently, we have forged long-term research collaborations with numerous domestic enterprises and academic institutions, fostering mutual exchange and learning. We assist clients in developing new products, researching relevant process equipment, and conducting theoretical and practical validation services.
Investing in a steel belt pastillating system represents a major capital expenditure. To eliminate technical risk, our laboratory simulates exact production conditions. Clients can send samples of their raw materials to our testing center. We analyze the crystallization temperature, viscosity curves, and solidification rates to determine the optimal belt length, cooling water temperature, and operating speed. This empirical approach guarantees that the final system delivered to your facility will perform exactly as expected, achieving target throughput and product quality from day one.
The core of the steel belt pastillation process is the efficient transfer of heat. Molten product is deposited onto the top surface of the continuously moving stainless steel belt using a specialized feeding device (such as a rotary dropformer or overflow feeder). Simultaneously, cooling water is sprayed against the underside of the steel belt. Because stainless steel has excellent thermal conductivity, heat is rapidly transferred from the product, through the thin belt, and into the cooling water. The product solidifies as it travels along the cooling zone, releasing cleanly at the discharge end as uniform pastilles, flakes, or strips.
